BeBop OS Cloud Tier One

BeBop OS Cloud Tier 1 subscriptions are your gateway to remote virtual co-creation and collaboration for post-production and media workflows.

This subscription tier provides easy access to powerful, secure GPU desktops in any the major public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) with shared storage, connected networks, enterprise security, active directory, and a powerful Main Control Panel. Our standard virtual machines include the latest versions of your favorite creative software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Maya, Nuke, Blender, and DaVinci Resolve, which you can access remotely using our Bring-Your-Own-License model.

What's Included:

Rocket: 

Rocket allows you to move files superfast and manage your team’s projects; file transfers are optimized for the cloud. 

Rev Notes: 

Rev Notes is a browser-based “anytime” (asynchronous) stream for review/approval; send your team a BeBop Link, get annotated notes back on your cut, image, VFX, or animation. No additional plugin is required.

Rev Live:

Rev Live enables you to initiate a “live” real-time (synchronous) stream; play out from your timeline using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, in a browser, with low latency.

Rev Max:

Rev Max gives you the ability to send high quality, multi-channel audio, multi-protocol, real-time streams for review and approval. Rev Max requires a Pro Collaborator subscription to receive the stream, and the strength of your network determines the reliability of the stream.

BeBop Links:

With BeBop Links you get secure, shareable URLs that make it easy to collaborate with your team or anyone else, anywhere in the world. You can use BeBop Links to receive or send content for Rocket uploads and downloads, or to share Rev Notes and Rev Live sessions.

Collaborators:

All subscriptions include unlimited free Standard Collaborators, who can receive BeBop Links to review and approve Rev Notes & Rev Live sessions. Paid Pro Collaborator subscriptions are also available, which enable the ability to essentially do anything on BeBop except creative work. Pro Collaborators can access a data manager workstation and use BeBop Rocket to upload, download, or move and manage files, send or receive BeBop Links, review and approve Rev Notes, Rev Live, and Rev Max sessions, and receive the same support level as your organization.

BeBop Flex:

BeBop Flex is feature-rich, secure, sharable low-cost storage, tailored to media and entertainment. Flex can be used in conjunction with High Performance Storage to reduce costs.

Bring-Your-Own-License (BYOL) for Creative Apps:

BeBop's Bring-Your-Own-License model means you can work with any software applications you have a hardware license for, or which provide floating licenses. Use your existing licenses for your favorite industry-standard creative applications including Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Foundry’s Nuke, Autodesk’s Maya, blackmagic’s DaVinci Resolve, and more.

Main Control Panel (MCP):

MCP is BeBop’s browser-based Main Control Panel which provides visibility and analysis into
how your team is using BeBop.

Access BeBop's Basic Support, including 24/7 online Knowledge Base and Helpdesk. Turnaround times for requests are next business day for Tier 1 subscribers.

BeBop OS Cloud Tier 2 subscriptions are your gateway to remote virtual co-creation and collaboration for post-production and media workflows.

Tier 2 also includes enterprise features like Single Sign On (SSO), and options to customize your virtualized software configurations, workflows or support.

Features for maximizing control and customization of BeBop environments include:

• Single Sign On (SSO): BeBop is an enterprise platform that supports single sign-on using OpenID-based systems like Okta and Azure Active Directory, providing seamless integration with your own login page
• BeBop Rocket Transfer Groups allows better management of large-scale teams and projects; enables more predictable transfer behavior and capacity
• Advanced, node-locked licensing support

Customization & Modifications:

All BeBop subscribers initially receive the standard BeBop deployment, which is the standard virtual machine image that is the source from which all your BeBop workstations are created.

All subscribers can request up to 5 modifications per month to workstations to install additional plug-ins, scripts, etc. Additional modifications can be made to workstations for an additional fee. Note: these modifications are to the workstations, not the source, so when a new workstation is created the modifications will need to be redone.

Tier 2 subscribers can create up to 2 custom machine images maintained by BeBop, ensuring that additional software, etc. is permanently available on workstations. More custom machine images are available for additional monthly fees.

Customizable Support:

Tier 2 subscribers have the option for custom SLA and customized support for additional
fees.
